New generation of Multimode Fiber Adapters adds full standards compliant fiber certification capability
A light source and power meter are used to measure the power loss and length of optical cables at 850 and 1300 nm. Certification of Multimode fibers has often been a contentious issue due to the inherent uncertainties in the measurement process. ISO/IEC and TIA have recently adopted a Encircled Flux (EF) standard that standardizes the launch condition for the light sources used in Multimode test equipment. The WireXpert’s new EF compliant adapters give you guaranteed compliance to the EF standard IEC 61280-4-1.

If you urgently need your order, you can select express Pre 10.30am shipping which guarantees your delivery by this time next day. This is a set price of £24.95 Exc VAT regardless of the value of your order.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. To obtain a price for international shipping please contact us.
Order Processing Time
Once we receive your order we endeavour to process and ship it to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 hour. This does exclude weekends and holiday. Our order cut off time for next day delivery is approximately 4.00pm. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, it may take us slightly longer to process your order.
