Having recently purchased a product that I no longer require and is "unused" Can I return it back to you and how do I go about this?

 

We do accept goods back for return subject to being a standard stock item to CMW Ltd. Please contact us by email or telephone giving full details of the item or goods that you wish to return, the invoice number, and the reason for the return.CMW Ltd will contact you with any carriage and / or handling charges that may be applicable.

 

Can I have my goods delivered to a site address at a specific time?

 

We use Tuffnell couriers offering "Free of Charge" next day deliveries within the UK on orders over £200.00 net. We can also offer AM and before 10.30am deliveries at a cost. We can arrange same day carriages for time slots again this would involve a cost. Please call us for further information.

 

My order has not arrived by the scheduled / expected date or time.

Can I purchase goods online and then collect from your trade counter?

 

You can collect goods from our Bedford warehouse, this is an option when you go to check out

 

Can I have a trade account with your company?

 

Yes, please provide us with your details and company registration number and our accounts department will advise accordingly.

 

When will I receive my invoice?

 

You will receive your invoice within 2-3 working days upon dispatch of your order.
