One of the support services CMW can provide for you, is engraved labels. This includes labels that are suitable for data cabling, IT, telecoms, electrical and engineering environments.
Labels are produced using the latest technology and machinery which are exceptionally accurate in producing the finest detail.
The material used is micro capped acrylic (Traffolyte style, only better) formed with a core layer which is then capped with a contrasting colour.
The laser cuts away the text in the surface to reveal the colour beneath. This provides an extremely durable, professional looking label which will not fade.
Labels are backed with a strong 3M adhesive, which ensures that once they are in place they will not fall off.
Labels can be turned around quickly. Place your order by midday and your order is usually delivered to you next day.

Our engraved tie-on labels are available in various two-colour combinations.
Made from micro capped acrylic, which has a cap and core colour. During the engraving process, parts of the cap colour are cut away to reveal the core colour underneath.
These labels are supplied with cut out holes so that you can easily secure them to a cable or to cable bundles using cable ties.

Our switch templates are made from 5mm cast transparent acrylic.
Our state-of-the-art laser engraving machines cut through the acrylic to create the port socket apertures, then engrave into the acrylic for port identification. We can also engrave a company logo if required.
The templates can be used as a helpful aid in maintaining a constant workflow, as they allow engineers to carry out testing, regardless of whether the vital equipment has arrived in time.
These switch templates can be left in place until the actual equipment is delivered.
