Nebula Overview

Nebula manufactures the Nebulok sustainable wire rope suspension system and associated fixing accessories.

Products in the range include various sized reels of wire and separate Nebuloks (clutches). Nebula also manufacture a full range of pre-determined cut lengths between 1-10 meters with various termination points, from loop ends to concrete fixings, L-brackets to purlin hangers and many more.

Nebulok products are:

Sustainable: Clips are made from 90% recycled materials. By adding 50% more wire to reels the amount of plastic used is also significantly reduced.

Will save you time and money: Compared to threaded rod, the Nebulok system is on average 7 x faster to install. Hot works permits are not needed to cut and file threaded rod on site. All you need is a reel of wire, clips, and cutters.

Follow a figure of 8 suspension method: All clips have 2 through holes which allows a double cradle suspension to be created. One end to go around a fixing point and the other end to suspend the application from. Reducing the number of clips needed by 50%.

Have the highest safe workload currently available: Ball bearings crush the wire rather than biting through individual strands, which compromises the structure of the wire.

Have the highest melting temperatures: Recycled aluminium is used to make the casing on all clips. These clips melt between 550-640 degrees compare to Zinc die casts which melt at 400-420 degrees.

Nebulok systems are ideal for: HVAC ducting, electrical (cable trays/baskets/lighting), mechanical (copper pipes, steel pipes, intermediary supports, bracing & pipe rack), catenaries/horizontal wire rope solutions and suspended ceilings (false ceiling, acoustic baffles, etc).
