Ian Bankhurst has been in the Communications Cabling Industry for over 30 years and is one of the directors at CMW Ltd.
Having become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Ian worked initially as a sales and project engineer in Communication Systems & Cabling, before forming datacoms cabling distributor 'Dacom Electronics' in 1993.

Dave Sagrott was originally a partner of CMS PLC but then opened CMW Ltd in 2003, and is still at the helm in the main Bedford Office. He has not changed at all over the 20 years, still the Dave we know and love, still enjoying helping customers as he has done for 20 years at CMW Ltd. continues to enjoy a beer or two and also support Gillingham FC. His golf may even be improving!

Our financial controller Andy Papadopoulos qualified as a Chartered accountant specialising in audit before moving into the public sector where he mainly implemented financial control systems in the digital TV arena.
As well as a credited Microsoft Excel expert he is also a Cisco certified network associate. For the last ten years he has worked with lan Bankhurst and more recently, CMW supporting business interests.
He cites his runner-up position in The Sun national fantasy football competition as his biggest achievement. He also enjoys coastal rambles with his dog, playing weekly 5-a-side football and expanding his repertoire of culinary inventions.

As CMW accounts supervisor, Bev Fleming handles all aspects of accounts, credit control, Supplier Payments and has been a valued member of the CMW team since 2015 having gained her AAT diploma whilst working as a recruitment consultant previously. In her down time, Bev loves to travel and spend time with her family and pets.
A relative new face, Ciaran Farrell is part of our online marketplace team and goes about everything with a smile. Previously working as an apprentice electrician, he has experience in some of our product ranges that he brings to the team. Ciaran loves to play the bass guitar and attend as many gigs as he can
Calum Nimmo is our Warehouse legend! He manages the Bedford warehouse team and makes sure your orders get to you safely and on time, always with a huge smile on his face. One of our longest serving team members, he knows the business and customers inside out. Cal is a huge Chelsea fan but loves nothing more than spending time with his family
Dave Dann heads up the Cable Management Warehouse Farnborough offices and warehouse.
Dave is our resident expert on printing and labelling solutions as well as the wide range of cable management products that are available from CMW. He keeps up to date with the latest products and technologies available by working closely with the portfolio of suppliers that supply the products CMW distributes.
In his spare time Dave is a keen golfer and supports Norwich City.

With 33 years experience in the cabling industry, Darren Streeter is a huge asset to CMW with a wealth of experience he brings to the team. Working as part of our Farnborough branch team, he manages the smooth running of the warehouse and keeps purchasing on track. A keen grower of produce, including tomatoes and chillis, we don't know where he finds the time!
Another new face to the CMW team, Ethan Early is an undergraduate studying maths with finance at Liverpool university whilst supporting various areas of the CMW business during his uni holidays. Previously having worked in a warehouse, he handles our orders like a pro. Ethan is a keen footballer and supports Manchester united at any opportunity
Our access control and security expert, Emma Harris has over 8 years of industry experience, which includes 1st line tech support and account management. She has also completed numerous installer training courses and continues to keep updated with all aspects of IP security solutions.
In her spare time Emma looks after her small menagerie of animals which includes 2 horses, 2 dogs and 8 guinea pigs.

Irene Wort is an experienced member of our sales team. Having worked in the industry for over 34 years within distribution, support and installation, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Irene is always a friendly face to help with any solutions you might require and has the knowledge to think outside the box should you need to. In her spare time, she keeps busy walking the dog, running and playing the occasional hand of poker
Leigh is one of our technical specialists who has 20 years of experience in the industry having started work with Cray Valley in 2006, before the business merged with CMW.
Leigh is a self confessed nerd with a big interest in tech. When he gets a chance he is a big supporter of Man Utd FC

Leighton Callahan leads our online marketplace team, making sure our platform sales are handled with the same care as our loyal customers orders. CMW is his first step on the career ladder and nothing can hold him back. He is also our resident sporting hero, competing internationally for the UK in Taekwon-Do with a silver medal at the 2022 world championships under his belt!
Paul Russell is our infrastructure and networking product expert. Paul has over 20 years of account management experience and keeps up to date on the latest product developments and industry standards for copper, fibre, cable management, power cables and PDU’s.

Tracey O'Neil has many strings to her bow with a varied skillset she can turn her hand to anything. As part of the Bedford team she will regularly step in to save the day working in the warehouse if needed...she even has a forklift license!She is a key player in website and catalogue creation but Tracey's real love is working within the sales team, speaking with and helping customers. At the end of a busy day, she loves to relax with a spot of DIY or supporting Liverpool football team
A key player in our finance team, Yvonne Barclay-Firth is a qualified independent financial advisor who has been with the business for more than 7 years, playing a varied role, there isn't much Yvonne cant turn her hand to. She loves the outdoors and being active with her 3 Children, especially going to the aquapark, bike rides and skiing.
